The “Pro Release”™ Performance grip is modeled after our very popular Reverse Taper - Full
Release™ product line. The new grip is designed with input from Tour Players who have been
testing the prototype throughout Europe and the US during the 2006 & 2007 Tour seasons.
The Tour players came back to us and said, “We’d like a few more options with respect to the
shaft end of the grip”. They love the smaller diameter at the top of our Full Release™ grip - that’s
better designed to fit one’s fingers, but on the shaft end, they wanted this a little bit thinner to
provide the flexibility to build up the shaft end with grip tape and able to match their own unique
grip size preferences.”
The new “Pro Release”™ grip is designed to provide better grip performance for low handicap
amateur golfers. In addition, due to the new grip’s smaller diameter, it opens another market and
is of benefit to players with small hand, such as ladies and juniors.
